Glass Jar Candles
Four stock sizes from 210 ml/160 g to 430 ml/300 g, from 500 pcs per scent. Cartons: 210 ml packs 50 pcs (50×40×25 cm, 19.5 kg), 320 ml packs 24 (36.5×27.5×21.5 cm, 14 kg), 415 ml packs 12 (38.5×29×11 cm, 9 kg). Custom moulds from 1,000 pcs.

Lighter and unbreakable in transit, which is what makes tins the sensible format for ecommerce and for testing a market. The regular line is a three-piece 50 g set; carton counts come with your quote.

How the Price Is Actually Worked Out
Two things move the unit price more than anything else: how many pieces per scent, and how much of the packaging is custom. A plain 500-piece run of one scent prices very differently from 500 split across five scents with printed boxes — same total, different setup. Tell us which way you're leaning and we'll price both.
- MOQ is counted per scent, not per order — 3 scents × 500 = 1,500 total
- Reference bands (standard glass jar): $2.5-3 to 500 pcs · $2-2.3 to 1,000 · $1.8-2 to 3,000 · $1.5-1.8 beyond
- One-off costs only when a mould is opened: $70-150, from 1,000 pcs — refunded once cumulative orders pass 3,000 sets
- Payment 30% deposit, balance before shipment — L/C and Alibaba Trade Assurance accepted

Repeat orders keep the setup
Artwork, formula and packaging files are kept on record for 5 to 10 years. A reorder runs about 7-10 days faster than the first one because none of it has to be specified, sampled or approved twice.

Two stock samples free, courier on you — or a custom sample quoted with your request. 7-10 days to make, about a week in transit.

Production
Bulk runs take 25 days, stretching to about 30 in Q4 — seasonal orders are worth booking early. Checked before packing.

Shipping & customs
EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP — sea or courier, chosen against your volume and date. On DDP the duty is ours; on the rest it is yours, and it is named in writing before the order is confirmed.

What Buyers Ask Before the First Order

Do you offer tiered pricing for larger volumes?
Yes, and we publish the reference bands for a standard glass-jar candle: $2.5-3 up to 500 pcs, $2-2.3 to 1,000, $1.8-2 to 3,000, and $1.5-1.8 beyond that. Vessel, wax and packaging move the number — send your spec for the exact price.
How quickly can you restock a repeat order?
Faster — typically 7-10 days quicker than the first order, depending on quantity and when it lands in the schedule. Your artwork, formula and packaging files stay on record for 5 to 10 years, so a repeat order starts from the approved job rather than from the beginning.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pcs per scent — so three scents means 1,500 pcs in total. Below that we take trial orders from 100 pcs, using a stock vessel and a fragrance from our library with your own label, so you can test the market before committing to a full custom run.
How long does production take?
Sampling 7-10 days, bulk production 25 days — stretching to about 30 in peak season, so seasonal orders are worth booking a month earlier than feels necessary. Freight time on top depends on sea or air.
Which shipping terms do you work with?
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP — all four. Sea freight or courier is chosen against your volume and your date. On DDP we carry the duty, so the price you agree is the price landed; on the other three it sits with you, and we say so in writing before you order.
How is pricing calculated?
Two inputs dominate: quantity per scent and how much of the spec is custom. Payment is 30% deposit, balance before shipment, and we take L/C and Alibaba Trade Assurance — so the terms are as predictable as the price bands.
