Three Kinds of Sample
Which one you need depends on how far along your brief is.
Stock sample
An existing product from the line you are considering — fastest way to judge burn, scent and build quality. Two ship free; you cover the courier.
Scent-matched sample
A stock vessel poured with the fragrance you pick from our 30-scent library — quoted with your request, made in 7-10 days.
Custom sample
Your label on it, or a custom vessel or colour — quoted case by case, with mould-based samples taking 15-20 days.

Are samples free?
Stock samples are — up to two, you just cover the courier. Custom samples are quoted with your request: what it costs depends on whether you need a stock vessel with your own fragrance choice, your own label on it, or a custom vessel or colour. You get the figure before anything is made.
How many can I request at once?
Two stock samples ship free. Comparing more lines than that? Say so in the request and we will work out the simplest pack with you.
How long until it arrives?
Stock samples ship straight away; a custom sample takes 7-10 days to make (15-20 if a new mould is involved). Courier adds 7-10 days to most markets — so plan on roughly two to three weeks door to door.
Can I get a sample with my own label on it?
Yes — a sticker label can go on a stock vessel poured with your fragrance choice, and that is the quickest custom sample to make. Custom logo work, vessels or colours are quoted separately.
Is the sample the same as production quality?
It comes off the same line with the same wax and fragrance. What changes at volume is only the packaging print run — which is exactly why nothing is produced before you sign the sample off.
Do I need to place an order to get samples?
No. Samples are how you decide whether to order — not something you earn by ordering first.
