Branded Candles People Actually Keep
Gift sets and single candles carrying your logo — for client gifting, staff recognition, openings and seasonal campaigns. Tell us the date they need to land, and we plan backwards from it.
What Works as a Corporate Gift
Not every product makes a good gift. These four travel well, unbox well, and do not need explaining.

Boxed candle sets
The default corporate gift — one to three candles in a printed box, with the box structure designed in-house at no charge.

Single candle in a gift box
Lower unit cost, still reads as a gift. Works for larger headcounts — stock vessels run from 210 to 430 ml.

Reed diffuser sets
No flame, so no policy issues in offices or hotels — the format that clears building rules candles do not.

Mixed hampers
Several formats in one box — candles, melts and diffusers can share an order. The 500-pc minimum is counted per product type rather than pooled, so plan the budget around each format reaching its own minimum.

Where Your Brand Can Go
Most corporate orders put the logo in one place and keep the rest clean — it reads as a gift rather than as merchandise.
On the label
The most common choice, and the least expensive. Seven label finishes to choose from, with the artwork done in-house at no charge.
See label optionsOn the vessel
Printed or etched directly onto the glass or tin — survives the label coming off. Send the artwork and we will confirm placement and cost with the quote.
See vessel optionsOn the gift box
Box structure is designed here, free, around whatever is going inside it — including your own cards and inserts, which we will assemble for you as a paid add-on. Send the artwork and the contents list and we will come back with what it holds and what it costs.

Tell Us the Date First, Not the Budget
Corporate orders fail on timing far more often than on price. If your gifts need to be on desks by a specific day, that date decides everything else — which decoration methods are still open, whether a sample round fits, and how much air freight would cost if we cut it fine. Give us the date up front and we will tell you honestly what still fits.
- Sample 7-10 days + production 25 days — roughly five weeks from sign-off to ex-factory, before freight
- Peak season stretches production to about 30 days — Q4 orders are worth booking a month early
- MOQ 500 pcs — one run can split across two scents when the packaging stays the same

Send me the event date, roughly how many people, and whether you want a single candle or a boxed set. I'll come back with what is achievable in that window — including whether I'd advise against cutting it that fine. Check Your Deadline

How They Look When They Land
Boxed, branded and ready to hand out — corporate orders as they leave the floor.
Planned Backwards From Your Date
Four steps, timed from the day they need to be on desks.
- 1
Give us the date and headcount
That is enough to tell you what is still open. Reply within 24 hours, with the last order date for your target delivery named in it.
- 2
Pick the format and branding
Where the logo goes and whether it is boxed. Some branding routes are quicker than others — we will say which ones still fit your date.
- 3
Approve the sample
7-10 days to make, plus transit. Corporate orders usually need an internal sign-off round on top of that — budget for it when you count backwards from the delivery date.
- 4
Production & delivery
About 25 days of production, roughly 30 in Q4, plus freight. If it has to reach several offices, tell us at quote stage and we will confirm how that is handled.

A word from Smile
“Most factories will tell you to come back when you're ready for a thousand pieces. We start at 500 per scent — and take trial runs from 100 — because the brands worth working with are usually the ones still finding their footing. If your first run is smaller than that, tell me anyway — I'd rather look at it and give you a straight answer than turn you away at the door.”
What Event and Gifting Buyers Ask
Mostly about timing, minimums and how far the branding can go.

We have a fixed event date. Can you work backwards from it?
Yes — give us the date and we plan backwards. Count roughly 25 days of production (about 30 in Q4), 7-10 days for a sample first, plus freight. For seasonal gifting, ordering a month earlier than feels necessary is the honest advice.
Can you assemble gift sets with our own inserts or cards?
Yes — cards, inserts and items you supply yourselves are assembled into the boxes here. It is a paid service, quoted per unit with the rest of the job, so the number is on the quote before you commit to a headcount rather than on an invoice afterwards.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pcs per scent — so three scents means 1,500 pcs in total. Below that we take trial orders from 100 pcs, using a stock vessel and a fragrance from our library with your own label, so you can test the market before committing to a full custom run.
How long does production take?
Sampling 7-10 days, bulk production 25 days — about 30 in peak season. Freight comes on top: courier for small runs, sea for volume.
What can be customised?
Logo on the label, the vessel or the box — silk-screen, hot-stamp, laser or engraving. Gift boxes, ribbon and shrink wrap are all in-house, with free box design if you only have a logo file.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Two stock samples are free — you cover the courier. Custom samples are quoted with your request, because the cost depends on vessel, label and packaging. Sampling takes 7-10 days plus about a week in transit.
Tell Us the Date They Need to Land
Event date, rough quantity, and where you want the logo. You'll get a quote with a realistic timeline — including whether we'd advise against cutting it that fine.
