Private Label Candles, Made Under Your Own Brand
Your labels, your logo, your packaging — produced in our own plant from 500 pcs per scent. Small enough to start with, set up to scale when you do.
What You Can Change
Six things brands most often want their own version of. Tell us which matter for your first run — the rest can stay standard to keep the cost down.

Labels
Sticker, hot-stamp, silk-screen, embossed, heat-transfer, crystal and decal finishes — pick by the shelf price you are aiming at, not by what looks fanciest.

Send me the brand direction and roughly what you're planning to sell it for. I'll tell you which of the six options are worth paying for at that price point — and which ones buyers won't notice. Ask a Question
The Three Things That Slow a First Order Down
Not the manufacturing — the bits either side of it.
Artwork that is not print-ready
Most first-time brands arrive with a logo file, not a die-line. That is fine — design service is in-house and free, and you approve the artwork before anything prints.
Picking options you do not need
Custom vessels and tooling look attractive until the quote lands. We will tell you which of the six actually change what a buyer sees.
A first run sized for hope, not data
Ordering 3,000 of an untested scent is how new labels tie up cash. A 100-pc trial run exists exactly so you do not have to.

500 Per Scent — and Trial Runs From 100
Most Chinese candle factories start at 1,000 pcs per scent, because that is where their line becomes worth setting up. So a new label either commits to stock it cannot sell yet, or gets a polite no. We set our floor at 500 — with trial runs from 100 pcs on stock formats — because the brands worth growing with are usually the ones still proving the concept.
- MOQ counted per scent, not per order — 3 scents × 500 = 1,500 total
- Trial runs from 100 pcs: stock vessel and fragrance, your own label
- Custom sample quoted with your request — figure confirmed before we make it
- One 500-pc run can split across two scents if the packaging stays the same
Their Label, Our Line
Finished runs leaving the floor under someone else's name — which is the point of a private label line.
From Your Logo File to a Finished Case
Four steps. Nothing is committed until you have a sample in your hand.
- 1
Send the brief
Brand direction, rough quantity, which of the six options matter. A logo file is enough — design work is done in-house, free.
- 2
Quote & artwork check
Unit price at your volume, tooling costs if any, and print-ready artwork prepared for your sign-off if yours is not there yet.
- 3
Approve the sample
A physical sample in 7-10 days, quoted with your request — and two revision rounds are free. Nothing goes into production before you sign it off.
- 4
Production & shipping
Bulk runs take 25 days (about 30 in peak season), checked before packing. 30% deposit to schedule, balance before shipment. EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP are all available — on DDP we carry the duty.

A word from Smile
“Most factories will tell you to come back when you're ready for a thousand pieces. We start at 500 per scent — and take trial runs from 100 — because the brands worth working with are usually the ones still finding their footing. If your first run is smaller than that, tell me anyway — I'd rather look at it and give you a straight answer than turn you away at the door.”
What Brand Owners Ask Us
The questions that come up most when someone is putting their own name on a candle for the first time.

Do I need print-ready artwork, or can you help with the design?
A logo file is enough to start — label and packaging design is done in-house, free of charge. Send what you have and we will turn it into print-ready artwork for your approval before anything is made.
Will you sell the same design to someone else?
No. A design made for you — label, vessel or scent — is not sold on to anyone else, and we will sign an NDA covering it if you want that on paper before work starts.
Can I do a small trial run before committing to a full order?
Yes. Trial runs start at 100 pcs — a stock vessel and a fragrance from our library, finished with your own printed label. Full customisation starts at 500 pcs per scent; custom packaging keeps its 500-pc minimum, though the balance can be reserved for your next order.
What can actually be customised?
Labels in seven finishes (sticker, hot-stamp, silk-screen, embossed, heat-transfer and more), logo on the vessel or lid, packaging with free design service, glass or ceramic vessels, four lid materials, ten wax options and the fragrance itself — 30 stock scents or a custom match.
Can I get a sample with my own label on it?
Yes — a sample in a stock vessel with your fragrance choice takes 7-10 days to make, and is quoted with your request. A sample with custom logo, vessel or colour is quoted separately, since tooling or printed packaging can carry real cost. Either way you get the figure before anything is made.
Do you supply wax, fragrance oils or empty vessels?
We can — finished candles are the core business, but we also supply wax, fragrance oils and vessels on request. Say what you need in the enquiry and we will quote it separately.
