Our minimum is 500 pcs per scent, and trial runs start at 100 pcs on stock formats — most factories will not open the line under 1,000. You can test a market with one SKU before committing a season's budget to it.

What is the minimum for one scent?

How long does one stick burn?
Burn time follows from stick length and base material, so it is confirmed with the spec we quote you. The sample is the real check — light one and time it yourself before the order goes in.
Can they carry our candle scents?
Yes — the 30-scent library translates to incense, though smoky and resinous directions perform best. We will advise per scent.
How long does sampling take?
7-10 days to make, plus about a week in transit. Two stock samples are free — you cover the courier; custom samples are quoted with your request.
Is there safety wording we must print?
Burning-product cautions belong on the pack — we prepare label artwork with standard warnings for your market as part of the free design service.
What does a trial order look like?
