What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, company, phone number, what kind of buyer you are, the quantity you are considering and your message. Along with it we record how you reached the site — the page you submitted from, the referring site, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment details or identity documents through this website.

How we use it

To answer you, prepare a quotation, and keep a record of the enquiry so that a later message from you makes sense to whoever picks it up. The campaign information tells us which of our own adverts and pages actually bring buyers, so we spend less on the ones that do not.

We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote. We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them for the business relationship and our own accounts — ask us to delete yours and we will.

Third-party services

The site runs on a small number of services, and this is all of them:

• Vercel — hosting. Standard server logs, including IP address, are processed to deliver and secure the site.
• Sanity — the content system this site's text and images are stored in, and where a copy of each enquiry is kept so none is lost if email delivery fails.
• Email delivery — your enquiry is emailed to our sales team so a person can reply to it.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads — measurement and advertising, loaded only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies in the banner. Decline, and these are not loaded at all.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures whether our Facebook and Instagram advertising is working. Loaded only if you accept in the banner; decline and nothing is requested from Meta at all. When it is loaded, Meta receives your IP address, the pages you view on this site, and any Meta cookies already in your browser, and may use that data for its own advertising purposes as well as ours.

Your enquiry itself goes only to the first three — hosting, the content system and email — and they handle it on our instructions, not for their own purposes. The advertising and measurement services listed after them never receive your enquiry; what they do receive is browsing data, and Google and Meta use part of that for their own purposes too, which is why they load only after you accept.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR gives you the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable form. You can also withdraw cookie consent at any time — use the Cookie Settingslink in the footer, and the choice banner will come back so you can decide again.

Email the address below and we will action it — we do not require a particular form of words, and there is no charge. If we cannot do what you ask, we will tell you why.
