Custom Moulded
Shaped Candles From Your Design
Geometric, figurative, seasonal — if it can be moulded, it can carry your brand. Mould fees run $70-150, refunded once your orders pass 3,000 sets.

From 500 pcs per Scent
Trial runs start at 100 pcs on stock formats — test one SKU before betting a season on it.
Your Label, Not Ours
Label, box, vessel and scent built to your spec — not a stock candle with your sticker on it.
Sample Before You Commit
Production is scheduled only after you have held the physical sample and signed it off.
What Shapes a Shaped Candle
The mould decides most of the cost — the rest is wax, colour and finish.

Your design, moulded
Send a sketch, a 3D file or a reference photo — we build the mould. $70-150 depending on complexity, from 1,000 pcs.

Pillars & classics
Pillars and decorative forms run in a wide range of shapes rather than a fixed size chart. Send the dimensions you need and we will tell you whether an existing mould fits or a new one has to be cut — that answer decides whether there is a mould fee at all.

Wax & colour
Ten wax options with custom colouring — special colours run at 1,000 pcs minimum.

Scented or unscented
Shaped candles sell both ways — decorative pieces often go unscented, gift lines take any of the 30 stock fragrances.

Finish
Send a reference for the surface you want — we will tell you what the mould and the wax can actually hold before you commit to it.

Packaging
Shaped pieces need protective packaging — box structure design is done in-house, free.
Ask about this option
Have a shape in mind?
Send the reference — even a phone photo works. We will come back with mould feasibility, the fee, and what the unit price looks like at your volume.

A Minimum Built for First Orders
Our minimum is 500 pcs per scent, and trial runs start at 100 pcs on stock formats — most factories will not open the line under 1,000. You can test a market with one SKU before committing a season's budget to it.

Made to Your Spec, Not From a Catalogue
Label, box, vessel and scent are all built to your artwork and brief — not a stock candle with your sticker on it. What reaches the shelf reads as your product, priced like yours, not like a reseller's. Design work is done in-house, free.

You Sign Off Before We Commit Anything
A physical sample ships to you before production is scheduled; changes happen at the sample stage, not after 500 units are poured. Your downside on a first order is one sample round, quoted before we make it — never a full run.
Why Buy Shaped Candles From a Mould-Making Factory
The economics only work when the mould, the pour and the packing sit on one floor.
Mould cost that comes back
The $70-150 mould fee is refunded once cumulative orders pass 3,000 sets — the tooling becomes free at volume.
Your design stays workable
We flag undercuts, thin sections and wick placement at the artwork stage — before the mould is cut, not after.
One factory, whole range
Shaped pieces share the wax menu and fragrance library with the jar line — a matching set is one order, not two suppliers.
Shapes We Have Moulded
Work that has come off our own lines — photographed here, not borrowed from a catalogue.

What a Mould Can and Cannot Do
Sharp undercuts trap wax, ultra-thin limbs snap in transit, and some shapes burn unevenly by design. We would rather redesign with you at the sketch stage than ship something fragile — if a shape will not work, we say so before you pay for the mould.
- Feasibility review before any mould fee is charged
- New-mould sampling takes 15-20 days — plan it into seasonal timelines
- Custom colours and moulded vessels both start at 1,000 pcs

A word from Smile
“Most factories will tell you to come back when you're ready for a thousand pieces. We start at 500 per scent — and take trial runs from 100 — because the brands worth working with are usually the ones still finding their footing. If your first run is smaller than that, tell me anyway — I'd rather look at it and give you a straight answer than turn you away at the door.”
What Buyers Ask About Shaped Candles
Mostly about moulds — cost, ownership and how long they take.

What does a custom mould cost?
Between $70 and $150 depending on complexity, with a 1,000-pc minimum for moulded runs — and the fee is refunded once your cumulative orders pass 3,000 sets.
Will you sell my shape to someone else?
No. A shape moulded to your design is not sold to anyone else, and we will sign an NDA covering it if you want that on paper before the mould is cut.
How long until I hold a moulded sample?
15-20 days for a new mould, then courier. For seasonal launches, start the mould two months before you need stock.
What is the minimum for one scent?
Same as our other lines — 500 pcs per scent, with trial runs from 100 pcs on stock formats. Moulded custom shapes start at 1,000 pcs.
Can shaped candles be scented?
Yes — any of the 30 stock fragrances or a custom match. Decorative pieces often ship unscented; gift lines usually scent them.
How fragile are shaped candles in shipping?
Shape-dependent — we flag fragile geometry at design stage and pack accordingly. Protective box structure is designed in-house, free.
Put Your Shape Into Wax
Send the reference and rough quantity. You will get feasibility, mould cost and unit price — and a straight answer if the shape will not pour well.
